By Car (from Manhattan):
Delancey to the Williamsburg Bridge (stay right); exit at Broadway (first exit on right); stay right on the exit ramp (puts you on Broadway heading West, towards the East River); turn right onto Bedford Ave. (go 6 blocks); turn left onto Grand St. (go 3 blocks); turn left onto Kent Ave. (go 1 block); turn left on South 1.

By Subway:
L train towards Brooklyn (rear of train is best); Bedford stop (first stop in Brooklyn). Exit the station at the rear of the train. You should end up on the corners of North 7th St. and Bedford Ave. Walk South on Bedford eight blocks. Right on S. 1st St.; continue for two blocks and a bit. 50 South 1st Street is on the Southeast side of the street.
